Upon the hiring of highly skilled migrants within an organization, the minimum gross salary must comply with the latest IND standards. This requirement applies not only to new applications but also to extensions of existing work and residence permits. Additionally, these applications are subject to one-time IND processing fees.
The Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) has released the latest salary thresholds and fees for 2024:

If the employment contracts and IND applications in 2024 do not meet the new standard amounts, they will be rejected. Therefore, it is crucial to comply with the updated requirements of 2024.
